Blog Hop and Follow Friday

Be sure to enter my 200+ Follower's Giveaway while you're here!

This blog hop was started by Jennifer at Crazy for Books.
This weeks question is:
What book you are most looking forward to seeing published in 2011? Why are you anticipating that book?
Okay. This question is really hard for me but there are TWO that I can narrow it down to. City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare and The Dark and Hollow Places by Carrie Ryan. I love both of these series so much. Jace is amazing in the Mortal Instruments and I love the world that Ryan created in the Forest of Hands and Teeth trilogy. If I could pick two books to read the rest of the year it would be these two - without a doubt.

This weeks question is:
What is/was your favorite subject in school?
Well, even though I majored in History in college and I love it - I also love English. But not so much the English part (learning nouns, verbs, blah blah blah) but the reading part. I also will say that I loved my Library Media Specialist classes I just finished for Grad school. They were great. :)

I really have been meaning to check out The Forest of Hands and Teeth. I guess the only thing that has stopped me is that I really don't like the US paperback cover of the book. But that's no reason not to pick it up, so I should soon!

I was an English girl too! I remember in senior year I had a high grade that I had an option to take the final, so I skipped it naturally! One less to study for!! :)

The book I’m most expecting in 2011 is by an author I crossed off my “Favorite author” list.

He’s back on that list now.

Who’s the author? Raymond Feist? What’s the book? A Kindgom Besieged.

So many people are saying they're looking forward to the newest in The Mortal Instruments series. I tried to read them, but just can't go on. I'm not a Jace fan! Don't hate me!
I am really looking forward to The Dark and Hollow Place though. I loved The Forest of Hands and Teeth!

I put together a list of books I'm looking forward to about a week ago.

2011 is going to be a great year for books.

So many people are saying English was their favorite subject...
My favorite subject was Art, although I haven't done any art in such a long time. I'm left handed, and very right-brained.
